days 82 & 83

Here are the photos for the past 2 days, Sunday and Monday...

Sunday, I ventured down to visit with my cousin and her new baby in Jacksonville, NC. I am amazed at how beautiful she is!! I had the opportunity to take her one-month-old pictures, which are located on my gallery page: http://www.exquisiteimages.smugmug.com/
Yesterday, I was walking around the house, and stumbled upon this baby rabbit...

days 78-81

Wednesday, my Dad was walking around the house rockin his new hat. LOL...said it reminded him of Pa's hats he used to wear.

Thursday, I went out with Babez and his family to Applebee's to celebrate Brandon's 7th birthday...

Friday, was a rainy day, so after work, Babez and I had a relaxing evening....NCAA

And Saturday brought more rain...I was supposed to leave this evening and head down to visit my cousin and her new baby, but the weather down there didn't allow it. Hopefully I will leave tomorrow morning (Sunday).

days 69-77

So, it has been a while. Here are days 69-77, Monday through Tuesday...

My cat recently had kittens, so I grabbed this shot of them napping.

My Mama has taken up quilting...which I am extremely excited about...

Spring is def nearer...this was taken at Babez's house at sunset...

My Mama recently got a new love plant for her and Daddy...I think she said he killed the other one. When I went to take the picture, Daddy put his finger in front of my lens...ironic?

Friday, the gang got together for Adam's birthday at TGI Friday's in Lynchburg...this was my fave pic of the night...

Saturday night was my sister's pageant at GHS...she was crowned Miss Gretna 2009. I was crowned Miss Gretna 2006...so we both have crowns!

Sunday, I was walking around outside at Babez's house, and managed to grab this pic just before she jumped off the well....

Monday, nothing special, I worked 7-5:30...so I was tired when I got home. I just snapped a pic of Bridget's arrangement of pageant trophies...

Today was long and tiring...I sit now trying to update these photos...sorry it has taken me so long. I was wondering what to photograph today...and Bridget wanted me to use her painting she gave me for Christmas 2 years ago of Marilyn Monroe. I absolutely love this painting...which is in my room...

days 64-68

Here are days 64-68, Wednesday through Sunday...

Wednesday, I made candy apples for Babez...he suddenly had a "craving"...

Thursday, I decided to give a sneak peek of my bridesmaid dress for Danielle's wedding...I picked it up the day before, so I am now ready for this wedding!
Friday after work, I went over to Tracy's house to hang out...she works with me...

Saturday was my Babez's birthday, so we went out with some friends to celebrate...this is us at the Texas Roadhouse...thanks Jess for taking this pic for me:) I would have used one that I took, but I just loved this one too much...and wanted it to bookmark the day:)

So, there is a new addition in my family...yes, that's right, a new camera! I am beyond excited about my new Canon EOS 50D. I love it already, and can't wait to take portraits with it! So book a shoot asap!

Hope everyone enjoys the upcoming week...sadly spring break is over, but at least I can say that I am halfway to summer!

days 60-63

So...here are the photos for Saturday-Tuesday...

Saturday night we went over to Derek's and played guitar hero...the whole band, until like 2:30 in the AM...it was awesome. I have fallen in love with the drums:)

Sunday, Babez and I were outside, and I noticed the buds on his trees....

Monday, unfortunately, I worked all day and then when getting ready to go to sleep, I remembered I hadn't taken my photo, so here is the lucky shot...
Tuesday, today, I was outside playin with the dogs...and Nip loves to see her reflection...she would look at me, then look at the glass, then at me, then the glass....too cute:)

I am going to post more shots of her next...

days 55-59

Sorry I've been MIA. This has been one tough week...snowed like crazy Sunday and Monday, had no electricity from Sunday-Wednesday...plus work and school drove me insane...
But it's ok, I'm catching up:) Here's Monday-Friday...

Monday I awoke to more snow...here's Miss Rosie struting (sp?) her stuff...Tuesday, I didn't go to school...long day Monday with Food Lion...so that afternoon Bridget and I had some fun in the snow...

Wednesday, Babez and I finally got to play in the snow...built a "snowblob" and had a snowball fight...I was worried it was all gonna melt before we could enjoy it!

Thursday, I took this through the glass door @ Babez's house....

Friday...worked all day, and did homework...so I leave you with a pic of Daddy's sign...


Spring Break is here!

days 53-54

So here's Saturday and Sunday...

Saturday it rained...Babez and I headed out to meet up with another couple for dinner and a movie (Gran Torino is awesome)...this is us in our matching Carhartt waterproof coats...Bring on the rain:)


Sunday, the rain turned into snow and sleet...in the photo, I'm driving the truck in front of my Dad....love the motion look:)
