week 7

I had a most wonderful Valentine's Day...i made the cookies...and my flowers that I was surprised with early bloomed out...and i received a beautiful necklace. The puppies continue to get bigger! I was watching them chew on some treats we got them...

weeks 5 & 6

So, I am behind! To be honest, I forgot to post last week...

Ok, so I made cupcakes one day, and I made one of them exceptionally huge...that is what Babez is eating. The rest are from yet another snow storm that also brought ice. You can see the icy trees in the last photo.
This past Sunday was the Superbowl. Our team was obviously the Colts! We won't say anymore about that...and Babez surprised me early with my Valentine's flowers...he came over late after work Friday and had them, but I was asleep...when I woke up the next morning, there they were in a vase on my table! What a nice surprise! He knows that I'm not a big fan of roses...because everyone else gets them. I personally like the mixes better and that 's what he got! My lily hasn't opened yet, so my bouquet will only get prettier this week:)

week 4

Week 4 brought on extreme weather! There was horrendous rain with extensive flooding and sink holes in the area. Then by Friday and Sat, there was a snow storm! My house had 8.5-9 inches...the puppies were able to get out and play more in it this time...most of my snow pics will be for week 5 though:)

p52: week 3

This week was rather eventful:) Not only was I busy with school and work, but had to stress over losing my store manager:( We all are upset about it...so we went out and partied Friday night to lighten the mood! We had a BLAST! O'Charley's and bowling....great night.
The pic on right is of the puppies, who continue to grow. So cute!

New Project: p52

So, this year I have started a new, different project. Instead of taking a photo everyday for 365 days, I will take photos throughout the week, and have one posting per week...there are 52 weeks in a year, thus p52. This will definitely make the posting easier for me, since school occupies most of my time.

I started with the first full week of 2010...

So my project for the past year ends today. It is amazing to look back at the photos I have taken only to discover that it was a WHOLE YEAR ago! I hope to make a book of the photos of the past year...that in itself is time consuming, so it may take me a while:) I do plan to start a different project this year...so look for that to come.
