Christmas Eve at my house...
On Christmas Eve, my Mom's side of the family comes over for dinner. Needless to say, with twins and a newborn, there is never a dull moment. The twins are so much fun...my Mom made this cranberry jello dessert thingie and it was in the shape of a bundt cake...so, the twins thought it was cake! "I want more cake." So, I had to bribe them with "cake" to get them to take the picture with their brother. LOL.

'Tis the Season
I just thought I would share some of my holiday with you...Here are some photos of my family's tree and ornaments. Basically every ornament on our tree has meaning to it. And I love that. Ever since I was born, my grandmother has given my sister and I an ornament every year. So, one day when I have a tree of my own, I will have ornaments with memories. Enjoy:)
This is my Mom's ornament: you can see the ornament I had made of Babez and me too:

This is my sapphire (birthstone) angel:

This is an one I got after the Christmas program at our church a couple years ago:
This, I'm pretty sure, I got when I had my 1st Christmas: once again, my birthstone:

My aunt Net gave me this snowman a few years ago...

My parent's engraved ornament:

You can see my sapphire angel in this one too, my Mom's "World's Best Chef" ornament she got this year, and a clear angel (I think that's my Mom's):

I finished all my gift wrapping today, yay:

And here is one of our fireplaces, well half of it...there are two stockings on the other side too.

I love stockings. They're one of my favorite decorations for Christmas. I hope to take some pics of Christmas lights sometime soon [providing the weather improves].
Look for more Christmas pics to come!

Let it Snow...
Saturday it snowed like crazy here...at least in Altavista:) My work had a float in the Christmas parade. It was beautiful...I just wish I could have been home [or not working] so I could have gotten prettier pics...
Here are a couple from the parade...nothing special, but love the snow;)
Until next time, "live for today."

The Robertson Family
So, my boyfriend's sister asked me to take her family's Christmas picture. Of course I said yes, but I had no idea it would be so challenging! With 4 children, something is always going on! I went through and chose the best ones...as I said, things were pretty rowdy:) The kids were WIDE open...and the twins always have something up their sleeve. Enjoy:

Until next time..."live for today."

***EDIT***

Brandon took this one of me and my kitty Jerry:

Below is the happy couple: soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Cook. I will be photographing their wedding on December 27th. I am so happy for them both!!!

The photo above is my man walking by me trying to block my shot...[obviously]. I thought that it turned out pretty cool:)Needless to say, I had a very wonderful Thanksgiving...the best I've ever had:) All the action above is with my boyfriend's family. My family gathering was nice, but that crowd isn't as camera friendly, so I didn't take any pictures.
Until next time, "live for today."
